Training totally sux now...i think guo is out to screw us around...alan, ziheng, mingwei and me were all talking and talking.(so what?)and huo comes. fcuk
Yesterday its was 6 x10 frog jumps-went home with wobbly and weak legs, kant walk downstairs properly
Today was 5 x15 30kg dumbell squat jump-went home with no legs(couldnt feel it xcept for the dull aches.)crawled home.decided that cusion chairs should be listed as top 3 inventions of the millenia...fcuk again.
maybe its because of the coming nats?crap
Yay, todae going to watch MI:3...mental note:tom cruise still sux, and hes short(1.64?WTF)
